As one of our contractors, you get your own Affiliate Warehouse account number at leading electrical wholesalers. Same branches, same products, same counter.
- You're outsourcing your parts negotiation to us. We use the group's buying power to chase the wholesalers for better prices, and charge a small fee for doing it.
- When you do save, the fee is 1.1% of the normal trade price.
- No saving on an item = no fee on that item.
- Our system checks every purchase against normal trade pricing and works out the saving and the fee for you. It's all in your portal. Feel free to check it against your own account too.

Common questions
Joining
Does it cost anything to join?
No joining fee, no monthly fee and no lead fees. The only fee is on wholesaler purchases, and only when you save.
Who's it for?
Licensed electricians and trade businesses in aircon and refrigeration, solar, data and comms, security and fire.
Why is there an application?
You'll be buying on our accounts and doing work on our behalf, so we check every business before it's approved.
What happens after I apply?
You book a quick call with Frank. We then set up your wholesaler accounts, which usually takes a couple of days. You get your portal login, watch a short welcome video and answer a few quick questions, and you're ready to go.
Am I locked in?
No. Stop whenever you like.
Buying
How do I pay the fee?
One bill a month, paid by card in your portal. Each purchase shows the saving and the fee, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
How do I order?
Same as now: at the counter, by phone or online. Quote your Affiliate Warehouse account number and say you're a contractor for Affiliate Warehouse.
Do I need credit?
No. You pay the wholesaler directly when you buy, by card or transfer.
Can my staff order on my account?
Yes, your own staff can use your account number, but nobody outside your business. The easy way is to give each of them a business card for purchases.
Will prices get better?
Yes, as the group grows. Each month we take what the group bought most to the wholesalers, and the best price wins the business. More member deals unlock as group spend goes up.
Insurance work
How do insurance jobs reach me?
They land in your portal and your inbox, matched to your trade and the area you travel to. Accept or decline, there's no obligation. The first contractor to accept gets the job.
Is insurance work guaranteed?
No. It depends on what comes in and how many preferred contractors are in your area. That's why we limit spots per area.
Do I deal with the insurance company?
No. We handle the insurer. You deal with the customer on site and with us for everything else.
When do I get paid for insurance jobs?
7 days from your invoice. You invoice Affiliate Warehouse through your portal, not the customer or the insurer.
